I thank God for the gift of life and the opportunity to serve His people in this great diocese of Makueni. As a Church, we remain steadfast in proclaiming the Gospel, nurturing spiritual growth, and addressing the holistic needs of our communities. In the face of economic, social, and spiritual challenges, we are reminded that God’s grace is sufficient and His purposes will prevail. Diocese of Makueni.

The Diocese was curved out of the Machakos Diocese in January 2013 with The Rt. Rev. Josephat Kanuku (formerly Bishop of Machakos Diocese) becoming its first Bishop. On the 4th of September, 2016. The Rt. Rev. Francis Mboya Matui, was consecrated as the second Bishop of the Diocese, replacing Bishop Kanuku who had retired.

Our Pastors

At the heart of our ministry are the dedicated men and women who serve as pastors across the parishes of the ACK Makueni Diocese. They are spiritual shepherds, teachers, and servants who guide our congregations in faith, worship, and community outreach.
